Parameters This EAS population specific PRS score was developed using the META=F function in PRS-CSx. The T2D GWAS summary statistics used to develop the PRS were from the ASN population (including East Asian and South Asian) from Vujkovic et al., 2020 (doi:10.1038/s41588-020-0637-y) ,which 46,511 ASN T2D cases and 169,776 ASN controls. Linkage disequilibrium (LD) reference panels were based on the 1000 Genomes Project (1KG) Phase 3 participants from EAS population samples.
