The T2D GWAS summary statistics used to develop the PRS were from the EUR population from Vujkovic et al., 2020 (doi:10.1038/s41588-020-0637-y) ,which 148,726 EUR T2D cases and 965,732 EUR controls. Linkage disequilibrium (LD) reference panels were based on the 1000 Genomes Project (1KG) Phase 3 participants from EUR population samples. |
