 Reported Trait: Short sleep (<=6 hours) OR: 1.23 [1.14, 1.33] — Incremental variance explained by the PRS: 0.16 [0.04, 0.33] Age, sex, study center, ancestry principal components; race additionally included in BHS. Incremental variance explained was reported as a percentage and estimated in unrelated HCHS/SOL participants. The score was constructed from UKB GWAS summary statistics using PRS-CS and evaluated across ARIC, HCHS/SOL, MESA and BHS. Fixed-effect meta-analysis p for heterogeneity = 0.97. HCHS/SOL analyses incorporated sampling weights.
