 Reported Trait: Excessive daytime sleepiness (Epworth Sleepiness Scale >=11) OR: 1.23 [1.16, 1.3] — Incremental variance explained by the PRS: 0.47 [0.25, 0.73] Age, sex, study center, ancestry principal components; race additionally included in BHS Incremental variance explained was reported as a percentage and estimated in unrelated HCHS/SOL participants. The score was constructed from UKB GWAS summary statistics using PRS-CS and evaluated across ARIC, HCHS/SOL, MESA and BHS. Fixed-effect meta-analysis p for heterogeneity = 0.83. HCHS/SOL analyses incorporated sampling weights.
